E Major or E Minor? For me it's difficult to hear as the chord is being picked mostly. 
I used to play it with E Minor only but haven't seen anyone else doing it so figured I was wrong. 
Feel free to correct me. This won't make any difference to the notes in the tab anyway. 

I also did a version with travis picking if anyone is interested.
