I think green day do this live 'for a laugh', there seem to be lots of versions on youtube,
these are the chords for the on the one that I found, (Argentina 2010), but I doubt they do
it exactly the same each time.
It is in fact much the same as the Ramones version but is played with the guitar tuned down to Eb
but it is just as easy to leave you guitar in standard tuning and play the chords below, all are
bar chords so it's pretty easy, lots of distortion and you're done
