first let's tune that low "E" down to the "D" by using the third string 
from the lowest, the "D" string, as a guide. 
 
Then slap a capo on the fourth fret 
 
This tab is written in real frets i.e. 9th fret is really ninth fret the 
numbers are NOT relative to the capo, you will see why you need the capo 
soon.
