I'm pretty sure this are the actual chords, I haven't seen any other chords posted
around, so I thought I'd post these:
Tunning is standard, you could capo fret 2 to make the chords easier, transpose -2 if
you do.

Verse:
Bm Bm
Drive a little bit further,
D F#m
don't get up, the morning wants to keep us safe in here.
Bm Bm
Resting on your shoulder,
D F#m
we won't go, until there's no more people out there.

Pre-Chorus:
Bm
You can make a click, making me pop.
Bm
Going for the gold with a clean cut.
D F#m
Searching no more, all melodies are coming ashore, flushing over me.

Em Bm A
You are all over my rainbow,
G Bm G D
Taking the scene in my crazy dream.
Em Bm A
Only you are on my rainbow,
G Bm G D
No one else here, nothing gets near...you

Verse:
Bm Bm D
Nothing's fast or slow, It's in between,
                        F#m
where red and green, and lands and oceans meet.
Bm Bm
Peacefully I'm quiet,
       D F#m
'Cause nothing here is mad or bad, or dangerous to know.

Pre-Chorus:
Bm
You can make a click, making me pop.
Bm
Going for the gold with a clean cut.
D F#m
Searching no more, all melodies are coming ashore, flushing over me.

Em Bm A
You are all over my rainbow,
G Bm G D
Taking the scene in my crazy dream.
Em Bm A
Only you are on my rainbow,
G Bm G D
No one else here, nothing gets near...you

From here just repeat Chorus chords...
Even though I'm not a 100% sure,do rate if it helped :)
