Looked everywhere, couldn't find the lyrics or the right chords,
so I've decided to put some time into helping others who love this song!
The "C", "G" and "Eminor" chords are all played with little and wedding
fingers and the 3rd fret of strings 1 and 2. The "D" is standard.
I've tried to place the chords in time with the lyrics so just keep
playing the rhythm of the song and you should be fine. :D

Excuse any incorrect lyrics, and any corrections are more than welcome!

Capo on 2nd and here we go.

Intro
C G x2

               C
Well I've been working through the weekend
        G C G
And I haven't seen the sun in weeks
      C
But I guess it's my fault when the late nights always
G C G
Seem to take the best of me

    Em D
But I've got all these big dreams
                                      C G
and how the hell am I gonna make them all work out
     Em D
I remember what my father said
                        C G
You gotta rise above to lead the way, scream and shout

              C G D C G
Take what you want, the cold cash the girls and cars
D C G D C G
On the jukebox in every bar, giving all my tired heart
D(and mute it)
Sing along as it falls apart
C G
Ay-oh, ayoh
D
Sing along as it falls apart
C G D
Ay-oh, ayoh

        C G C G
Staring deep into my coffee, grip a cigarette between my teeth
    C G C G
But 3pm's no time to wake up in this December freeze
        Em D
When my songs were in the jetstream
                                   C G
and the stars were close enough to all hang out
     Em D
I remember what my father said
                        C G
You gotta rise above to lead the way, scream and shout

              C G D C G
Take what you want, the cold cash the girls and cars
D C G D C G
On the jukebox in every bar, giving all my tired heart
D(and mute it)
Sing along as it falls apart
C G
Ay-oh, ayoh
D
Sing along as it falls apart
C G D
Ay-oh, ayoh

              Em C G G
And I've been on my last breath, since I started this gig
       Em C G D
Has it all gone to hell, hell I'm starting to think
               Em C
That there's a big grey cloud that's been
G D A C D
Following me around, oh pouring down

              C G D C G
Take what you want, the cold cash the girls and cars
D C G D C G
On the jukebox in every bar, giving all my tired heart
D C G
Sing along as it falls apart
D C G
Big house 3 car garage
D C G
Ladies know just what I want
D C G
Break all the bad girl hearts
D(and mute it)
Sing along as it falls apart
C G
Ay-oh, ayoh
D
Sing along as it falls apart
C G
Ay-oh, ayoh
