I think there are two guitars, one mainly playing the bass notes and 
then a second playing the higher accents but this is tabbed so you can play  
it on one guitar. Doesn't sound as good but here goes... 
 
 
Fingerpick the verse with your thumb playing the bass notes 
and your index and middle finger plucking the G and B strings. 
One way to play it is to barre the 7th fret (actual 7th fret, since you're barring 
it, it doesn't matter if the capo is on or not) with your pointer then  
fret all other bass notes with your ring or little finger, whichever's most comfortable.  
After some practice you'll be able to play around with the rhythm a bit more and the high 
notes
